Lakeridge Health needed to identify a site for a new $1+ billion hospital in Durham Region. With multiple municipalities competing to host the facility, the process demanded a transparent, inclusive, and impartial approach.

The firm managed all public communications, issues management, and media relations, while advising on land evaluation criteria and project governance. Engagement included focus groups, municipal and Indigenous consultations, a digital town hall, and a community survey that drew more than 12,000 responses – Lakeridge Health’s highest ever. A coordinated campaign across earned, paid, and digital channels ensured consistent and accessible communication.
