Through a strategic workshop, the team developed a procurement and government relations plan positioning ITRG as a trusted Canadian provider of digital transformation and AI advisory services. StrategyCorp supported targeted outreach and engagement with senior decision-makers across key departments to advance ITRG’s market position.
Outcome
ITRG has strengthened relationships with departments including National Defence, Shared Services Canada, and Public Services and Procurement Canada. It is now recognized as a credible Canadian alternative to American consulting competitors, with growing traction in federal procurement.
