Strategic Challenge
For more than 15 years, StrategyCorp has been the trusted consulting partner to the Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC). The NCC is Canada’s premier non-governmental conservation organization, working to accelerate its efforts to halt biodiversity loss and reduce the impacts of climate change.
StrategyCorp has worked closely with NCC to design and implement strategies that support work to conserve and expand protected areas, including a longstanding funding partnership with Environment and Climate Change Canada — the Natural Heritage Conservation Program.
Our Approach
With an effective engagement strategy, NCC has maintained and expanded its funding partnership with the federal government. StrategyCorp is currently working with NCC on strategies to accelerate efforts toward Canada’s goal of protecting 30 per cent of our lands and waters by 2030.
Outcome
StrategyCorp is proud of its work with NCC and the success of the Natural Heritage Conservation Program which, to date, has delivered more than $1.3B in conservation outcomes.
