Frédérik Larouche
Director
Frédérik is a Director in StrategyCorp’s Ottawa office, where he advises clients on navigating the federal political and procurement landscape. With deep insight into government decision-making and procurement processes, he helps organizations position themselves effectively, develop and implement government relations strategies, and align their business objectives with evolving government priorities.
His work has successfully led clients in securing key policy changes, accessing government funding, and establishing themselves as trusted partners to government. Fully bilingual in French and English, Frédérik works with clients across sectors including aerospace, agriculture, telecommunications and broadcasting, environment, energy, healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, and procurement.
Prior to joining StrategyCorp, Frédérik worked on Parliament Hill as a close advisor to the Honourable Steven MacKinnon, Member of Parliament for Gatineau and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Public Services and Procurement. In this role, he developed a strong ability to align stakeholder interests, working closely with elected officials, senior public servants, and industry leaders. He was recognized as Best Liberal Hill Staffer for two consecutive years and ranked third on The Hill Times’ Top 25 Terrific Staffers list across party lines. He also brings extensive experience managing federal, provincial, and municipal political campaigns.
Frédérik is actively involved in his community and currently serves on the Boards of Directors of La Nouvelle Scène Gilles Desjardins, the Queensway Carleton Hospital, and the Queensway Carleton Hospital Foundation.
He holds a Bachelor of Public Administration and Political Science from the University of Ottawa.
