Scott McLeod is a strategic, results-oriented health care executive whose 30 years of leadership have driven performance improvement, operational excellence and system-wide transformation in healthcare.  

Throughout his career, Scott has served as CEO of multiple Local Health Integration Networks and held senior leadership roles at Trillium Health Partners, Mississauga Halton LHIN, Agnew Peckham and the Halton Peel District Health Council. He was a key architect of Ontario Health’s regional design, establishing transparent governance structures, performance metrics aligned with patient outcomes and seamless collaboration across diverse service lines. 

Scott’s expertise includes integration and transformation of healthcare, executive leadership, board governance, and strategy and execution. Under his leadership, he consistently balanced a $1 Billion LHIN budget and secured over $200 Million in new base funding to enable improved access to health services. Scott also supported the successful establishment of Ontario Health including the Regional Design as a member of Ontario Health’s senior leadership team. 

A sought-after change agent and culture builder, Scott communicates with candour and conviction, inspiring multidisciplinary teams to co-create solutions to complex challenges. He brings integrative thinking to every initiative, driving continuous quality improvement and business transformation by championing data-driven decision making and patient-centred care.
