Rajin Khan

Rajin Khan is a Senior Consultant specializing in public-sector strategic planning, process improvement, and service transformation. He brings experience supporting municipalities, provincial governments, Consolidated Municipal Service Managers (CMSMs), Crown corporations, and broader public-sector organizations across Ontario and Atlantic Canada.
Before joining StrategyCorp, Rajin worked with several boutique management consulting firms focused on the public sector. His experience includes supporting operating model reviews, strategic planning, organizational design, process improvement, policy and program reviews, program evaluation, stakeholder engagement, service design, and change management initiatives. His work has spanned a range of sectors, including housing and homelessness, childcare and early years, employment services, healthcare, disability supports, seniors and long-term care, tourism, economic development, post-secondary education, and community services.
Rajin brings a collaborative and evidence-based approach to his work, combining research, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement to help clients understand complex challenges and develop practical solutions. He has facilitated consultations with senior leaders, staff, community partners, service providers, and service users to support decision-making, implementation planning, and improved service outcomes.
Rajin holds a Master of Arts in International Development Studies from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Social Science in International Relations from Bangladesh University of Professionals.
