Lauren Wyman

Lauren is a Vice President in StrategyCorp’s Management Consulting Practice, where she advises clients across the healthcare, postsecondary, and public sectors on strategy, governance, and organizational change.

Over her years at StrategyCorp, Lauren has led and supported a wide range of engagements spanning strategic planning, board and governance design, stakeholder engagement, and operational transformation. She has a particular passion for working with Boards of Directors as they build their capacity to govern and better support their organizations, especially through periods of significant change. Her work frequently brings together the firm’s management consulting, communications, and public affairs capabilities to help clients navigate complex, multi-stakeholder decisions.

Lauren has a holistic understanding of policy development in its many forms, drawn from policy-related roles across the academic, public, and private sectors. Prior to joining StrategyCorp, she was a Senior Consultant in KPMG’s Operations Management Consulting Practice, specializing in healthcare and the public sector.

Lauren graduated with distinction from the Master of Public Policy program at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy at the University of Toronto, and finished in the top 10 percent of her class at McGill University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts.
