Karin Finley is a seasoned executive, strategist, and trusted advisor with nearly three decades leading complex development, business, and government initiatives. As co-founder of OLSENFINLEY Strategy & Public Affairs, she guides clients through high-stakes projects, balancing vision, risk, and results.
Karin has led multi-million-dollar portfolios and shaped communities across Calgary and Southern Alberta. Her career spans leadership and ownership roles – including Vice President of Communities at Qualico Calgary, President of AND Strategies Ltd., and founder of AND Villages Ltd. – where she managed teams, partnerships, clients, and investments. She advises municipalities and clients on policy, investment, and growth, guiding complex projects from concept through delivery. Karin’s combination of technical expertise, strategic insight, and grounded leadership turns challenges into actionable, results-driven solutions.
She holds a double degree in Engineering and Philosophy from the University of Calgary. Outside of work, Karin enjoys cycling, gardening, strength training, and family life, and is an advocate for inclusion and independence.
