Jean-François St-Germain is a Senior Advisor at StrategyCorp with more than 40 years of executive leadership experience in Canada’s telecommunications and technology sector. Most recently, he served as Vice-President, Public Sector, Province of Québec at TELUS, a role he held for 23 years. During his tenure, he built one of the company’s most successful regional businesses, capturing a leading market position across government, healthcare, education, and municipal sectors in both wireline and wireless connectivity.

His leadership was defined by several landmark achievements, including leading the pursuit and successful award of the RITM contract, a province-wide network and cybersecurity mandate serving all Québec ministries and health institutions. He also delivered consistent double-digit revenue growth while strengthening TELUS’ presence across the province’s public sector.

Earlier in his career, Jean-François served as General Manager of Group Telecom’s Québec region, where he grew the business into the company’s fastest-growing region and the first to achieve positive EBITDA nationally. He also led Wiltel Communication’s Québec City operations, establishing the company as a market leader in private enterprise telephony and call centre solutions across Québec.
