Gayle Nathanson

Vice President

Gayle is a Vice President in StrategyCorp’s Government Relations group.

Gayle has spent more than 25 years working in public affairs, with experience in government relations, stakeholder relations and public policy. Her professional career has covered a broad range of sectors and roles, all linked by a common theme of exceptional relationship management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.

Prior to joining StrategyCorp, Gayle held roles in the private sector, government, and not-for-profit organizations. As Special Advisor to the Assistant Deputy Minister of the Office of International Relations and Protocol (Ontario), Gayle assisted in the development and execution of Ontario’s engagement strategy with U.S. decision-makers and influencers. Previously, Gayle was Vice Chair of the Ontario Office for Victims of Crime (OVC), a legislative agency responsible for advising the Attorney General (Ontario). As Director, External Affairs at the Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs (CIJA) Gayle was responsible for developing and supporting relationships with other communities on a range of issues, including combatting online hate and all forms of racism and discrimination, supporting refugees fleeing persecution and genocide, and supporting Canadians with disabilities and their caregivers. Prior to joining StrategyCorp, Gayle was a Principal at Campbell Strategies, a pre-eminent public affairs firm based in Toronto.

Gayle began her advocacy career in Washington, D.C. where she worked for the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Gayle is a lawyer by training and practiced civil litigation at Goodmans LLP in Toronto. She is a graduate of McGill University and Osgoode Hall Law School.

Gayle is a Member of the Board of the Dress for Success Canada Foundation.
