Elizabeth Gallagher is a Consultant in StrategyCorp’s Management Consulting Practice, where she supports public sector and non-profit clients with strategic planning, mandate reviews, and organizational improvement initiatives. She brings strong analytical skills and a collaborative, human-centred approach to helping clients clarify priorities, assess performance, and develop practical, evidence-based solutions.
Her work includes governance assessments, financial and operational analysis, and performance reviews, allowing her to bridge both the technical and human dimensions of organizational change.
Before joining StrategyCorp, Elizabeth worked in KPMG’s Public Sector Solutions practice, where she contributed to strategic and operational reviews for several provincial ministries. She also supported digital transformation initiatives at the Office of the Auditor General of Canada as a Junior Business Analyst.
Elizabeth holds a Master of Global Affairs from the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa.
