Chris, founder and principal for Bawaadan Consulting Inc., is a proud member of Mattagami First Nation. Chris brings over 16 years of experience working with Indigenous communities in various capacities. His extensive career includes roles at Shell Canada, Scotiabank, and his Nation of Mattagami First Nation.
Prior to founding Bawaadan, Chris served as the head of business development for the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. His diverse background and deep understanding of Indigenous issues make him a dynamic leader in promoting economic inclusion and advancing economic reconciliation.
Chris attended the University of Ottawa where he graduated with a bachelors in geography and Aboriginal studies.
