Alistair Langhorne

Alistair is an Associate with StrategyCorp’s Government Relations practice based in Toronto.
At StrategyCorp, Alistair has supported clients across a range of sectors, including geopolitics, international business, healthcare, infrastructure, energy, and finance. By leveraging his experience navigating geopolitical and domestic policy issues in the public and private sectors, Alistair identifies political risks and offers practical, lasting solutions to clients.
Prior to joining StrategyCorp, Alistair worked as an intern in Kinross Gold Corporation’s Global Security Department, where he assessed geopolitical and security risks to the firm’s international mining concessions. This included preparing written briefs and communications, executing a security risk and human rights assessment, and researching pertinent security and political developments in West Africa, Brazil, and Argentina.
Alistair also has experience working in municipal, provincial, and federal politics, serving as a political aide to Toronto City Councillor Brad Bradford and as a campaign staffer for MP Leslie Church and MPP Stephanie Bowman.
Alistair holds an MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics and an Honours BA in Political Science from Huron University College at Western University.
