Georgia Maxwell
Consultant
Georgia Maxwell is a Senior Consultant in StrategyCorp’s Management Consulting Practice, based in Toronto. She has extensive experience supporting clients in addressing complex strategy, workforce, and policy challenges across the public and private sectors.
Before joining StrategyCorp, Georgia was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where she specialized in organization strategy and design, executive team alignment, and sustainability. She has also held human-centered design research positions with TD Bank and the University of Toronto, where she applied user-centered approaches to inform strategic and operational initiatives.
Georgia is currently completing her Master of Public Policy at the University of Toronto’s Munk School, where she serves as a Director of the Public Good Initiative, a student-led program offering pro-bono consulting services to Canadian non-profits. She has also represented the Munk School at several policy case competitions, including the 2025 National Public Administration Competition, where her team placed second.
She holds a Master of English Literature from the University of Toronto and a Joint Honours BA in Anthropology and English Literature from McGill University.
