Elizabeth Franceschini

Elizabeth Franceschini is a Consultant in StrategyCorp’s Government Relations service line, based in Ottawa. She brings experience in issues management, public policy, and political strategy, having supported senior leaders and worked across local, leadership, and federal political campaigns.
Before joining StrategyCorp, Elizabeth served as an Issues Advisor in the Office of the Leader of the Official Opposition, where she provided research, analysis, and strategic advice on a range of policy and political issues. She previously served as Executive Assistant to the Executive Director at Conservative Party Headquarters, coordinating high-priority initiatives and supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced political environment.
Throughout her career, Elizabeth has developed expertise in policy research, briefing materials, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications. Her experience across Canada’s political landscape has given her a strong understanding of government decision-making and the intersection of policy, politics, and public affairs.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Russian Studies from McGill University and is completing a Master’s degree in European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies at Carleton University. She is fluent in English and French and has a working knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian.
