Natalie Dash

Natalie Dash is a Director on the Government Relations team. Known for leading advocacy initiatives and securing policy change on complex files across Canada, she advises clients on high-stakes issues involving government approvals, legislative and regulatory reform, public funding, infrastructure planning, and policy implementation. She is trusted to bring structure to complicated mandates and develop strategies that deliver results.
Natalie is particularly recognized for her work in commercial real estate and land development, where she helped shape government policy on infrastructure funding, development charges, municipal finance, planning, and electricity capacity. Natalie has led industry-wide advocacy initiatives, built influential coalitions, and secured policy changes at the municipal, provincial, and federal levels of governments.
She is frequently called upon to lead advocacy mandates on behalf of industry associations, where success depends on building consensus across diverse stakeholders and translating industry priorities into effective engagement with government.
Natalie has played a central role in national advocacy efforts that achieved significant public policy change. As part of the Thalidomide Survivors Taskforce, she helped secure unanimous support in the House of Commons and more than $180 million in lifetime tax-free support for Canadian thalidomide survivors. She also advanced the successful national campaign to ban cosmetic animal testing in Canada.
Natalie was recognized by Maclean’s as one of Canada’s ten busiest lobbyists in Ottawa.
She holds an MSc in Public Policy from University College London (UCL) and a BA in Political Science from McGill University. She is a member of the Public Affairs Association of Canada.
