John Paul Gamage is a Consultant in StrategyCorp’s Government Relations Practice, based in Ottawa. He brings experience supporting public policy and advocacy efforts across Canadian and international political institutions.
John Paul studied philosophy and political science at the University of British Columbia, where he was awarded UBC’s Self-Directed Research Abroad Award to conduct academic research in Austria. He has worked directly with elected officials in the Canadian Parliament and the United States House of Representatives, and has also held roles with Crestview Strategy and the Ethics and Public Policy Center in Washington, D.C.
His writing has been published in The Wall Street Journal and other international outlets. John Paul speaks English, French, and Sinhalese, with a working knowledge of Latin.
