Rob Krauss has 15+ years of experience at decision-making tables and on major projects, policy files and engagements. He has advanced some of Canada’s most significant real estate development, infrastructure, and economic development files from both the civil service and political sides at multiple levels of government. As an expert where the public and private sectors converge, Rob understands how the pro forma, strategy and execution come together.
Rob was previously VP of Development at Infrastructure Ontario, Minister Surma’s Chief of Staff, an Advisor to Premier Ford, Advisor to the Mayor of Toronto and an Economic Development Officer. He has played a pivotal role in some past files including: Transit-Oriented Communities, transit expansion, major legislation and Council resolutions, expediting government approvals on development projects, administration of economic development grants and leading complex engagements and consultations.
His education includes Real Estate Development (Cornell), Public Administration (Humber), Political Science (York) and formal training in Economic Development (Waterloo).
