Olivia Lahaie
Consultant
Olivia is a Senior Consultant working primarily in StrategyCorp’s Management Consulting and Municipal Affairs Practices, supporting clients across the public and private sector to address their individual needs through creative and effective problem solving, research, and communication.
Olivia is an experienced consultant, having supported clients in a range of mandates, including strategic planning, operational and organizational review, service delivery, business and social enterprise design, and government relations. She has worked with municipalities across southern Ontario, their associations and advocacy groups, post-secondary institutions, not-for-profits, and goods and service providers in the private sector, providing her with broad insight into various governance and operating models.
Prior to joining StrategyCorp, she completed a 2-year professional master’s program in Sustainability Management at the University of Toronto, an interdisciplinary degree offered at the Institute of Management and Innovation. During this time, she completed an internship with FHCP (Food, Health & Consumer Products of Canada; formerly Food & Consumer Products of Canada), working on major sustainability files within the public affairs department.
Olivia also holds a BSc. (Hons.) in Biology and Medical Sciences from Western University. Her technical background, along with her public affairs and management consulting experience, allow her to effectively share insights and drive outcomes for a wide range of audiences.
