Noah is a Consultant with StrategyCorp’s Government Relations Consulting team in Ottawa.
Since joining StrategyCorp, Noah has helped clients achieve their goals across various sectors, including energy, healthcare, aviation, and non-profit. Leveraging his deep understanding of government processes, he develops strategic plans and provides tailored advice to help clients reach their objectives effectively.
Before joining StrategyCorp, Noah worked as an Investment Analyst and Junior Economist at Innovation, Science, and Economic Development Canada, where he managed the intake and monitoring of government funding programs.
He also served as a Policy Analyst at Ontario’s Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training, and Skills Development, contributing to strategic decision-making initiatives focused on career upskilling and workforce development in the province.
Noah holds a Master’s in Public Policy (MPP) from the Munk School of Public Policy at the University of Toronto and an Honours Specialization (BA) degree in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario.
