Nasha Brownridge

Manager

Nasha is a Senior Consultant in StrategyCorp’s Ottawa office. She brings with her a deep understanding of federal politics and the media landscape surrounding some of the largest political issues in Canada.

Before joining StrategyCorp, Nasha held progressively senior roles in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, including her most recent role of Director of Government Relations/Communications at TekSavvy Solutions Inc. She also served as the Director of Communications for Equal Voice, a large political not-for-profit dedicated to electing more women at all levels of political office. Her success in these two positions was largely a result of her six years on Parliament Hill, where she worked for MPs from Alberta and Quebec, and subsequently served as Caucus Press Secretary for the NDP under two federal leaders. Nasha was named three times in the top 25 Hill Times Annual Terrific Staffers and served as a member of the National Council for the United Food and Commercial Workers, as president of her local union.

Nasha’s diverse experience in politics and adjacent industries has allowed her to gain significant experience in public affairs, media relations, digital strategy, policy development, and stakeholder relations. Having worked closely with elected officials and public office holders from all political parties, she has developed meaningful relationships across the political spectrum.
