Luke is a Senior Consultant in StrategyCorp’s Management Consulting practice.
Prior to joining StrategyCorp, Luke held several positions in the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing related to community housing and homelessness prevention, municipal services and land use planning. During his time with the ministry, he led the program design and implementation of several housing and homelessness prevention programs in addition to temporary COVID-19 support programs for municipal and Indigenous partners. Luke also served in executive offices in the ministry and has worked closely with senior leaders to advance key priorities for the ministry and provincial government.
Luke graduated from the Munk School of Public Policy and Global Affairs Masters program at the University of Toronto and possesses a Bachelor of Arts, Honors Specialization in International Relations from Western University.
