Jordon Daniels
Consultant
Jordon is a Senior Consultant at StrategyCorp’s Toronto office, specializing in Land & Infrastructure Development, and Municipal Affairs. Jordon is a professional land-use planner and strategist with a passion for planning, local government, and community engagement.
Jordon provides critical support to clients in the development sector experiencing difficulty in navigating Ontario’s planning system. In his role at StrategyCorp he has advised clients on variance requests to Committees of Adjustment, proposed exchanges in community benefits negotiations, managed long-term community engagement, and analyzed planning legislation.
Taking a collaborative approach, Jordon develops strategic solutions for complex land and infrastructure development issues. Clients often approach StrategyCorp when their projects have stalled or almost failed. By rallying stakeholders including the client, levels of government, community members and groups, Jordon is able to reveal pathways which may have seemed impossible by the client alone. Jordon has created land use strategies for municipalities looking to unlock more transit oriented development and for developers exploring redevelopment of under-utilized lands.
Jordon completed a Bachelor of Community Design with Honours in Environmental Planning in 2022 from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. In 2015, he completed a Bachelor of Science, Double Majoring in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology, and Philosophy from the University of King’s College in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Before becoming a planner, Jordon worked in clinical trial sample and supply logistics.
