Ethan Chen

Ethan is a Consultant in StrategyCorp’s Management Consulting practice. Prior to joining the firm, Ethan contributed to fundraising and strategic planning at The Starfish Environmental Society, where he led efforts in grant writing, community outreach, and financing. He later transitioned to Deloitte, focusing on Corporate Sustainability. There he helped implement sustainability initiatives across Canada in the private sector. Ethan has experience in higher education, having served on the Board of Governors and Senate of Western University, where he gained insights into higher education strategy and governance.

Ethan holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the Ivey Business School and an Honours Specialization in International Relations from Western University. He brings a global perspective through an exchange semester at the National University of Singapore.
