Over a 25-year career Andrew Steele earned the trust of CEOs, Prime Ministers and Premiers with honest advice, data-driven strategy and relentless execution.

One of the top lobbyists in the country according to the Hill Times, Andrew advises clients on government relations at the federal, provincial and municipal level. Andrew also leads management consulting cases with organizations in highly scrutinized and highly regulated sectors, as well as communications support for mergers, acquisitions, and market entry to Canada.

Previously, Andrew served as Senior Advisor to the Premier of Ontario, as well as Chief of Staff in several departments including Environment, Treasury Board, Government Services, and Inter-Governmental Affairs. He held senior campaign roles in war rooms for the Liberal Party of Canada and the Ontario Liberal Party. Most recently, Andrew was Senior Issues Management Advisor for Mark Carney’s winning campaign in 2025.

Andrew was the founding CEO of the Pecaut Centre, a non-profit management consulting firm housed at the Boston Consulting Group. After that, Andrew led the strategic transformation of public broadcaster TVO into the province’s partner for digital learning inside the classroom.

Andrew holds an MBA from Ivey and an MA from UBC. He writes regularly on public policy as an opinion columnist for the Globe and Mail.
