William Sze
Manager
William is a Manager in StrategyCorp’s Management Consulting practice. He is a seasoned management consultant with experience working at firms such as Deloitte, KPMG, and MNP. His experience spans both the private and public sector and across industries such as Government, Healthcare, Financial Services, ESG and Infrastructure.
Prior to joining StrategyCorp, William was a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Public Sector Transformation practice where he worked with public sector clients to tackle a variety of complex challenges and issues. His work included developing new models of care for children & youth with disabilities, redesigning and developing an innovative employment services delivery model, and increasing effectiveness and efficiency in how international assistance is delivered through grants and contributions. He has demonstrated experience leading stakeholder engagement with a variety of stakeholders from service providers and recipients to executive-level staff.
William is passionate about empowering children and youth with disabilities through sports, he currently sits on the Affiliate Management Committee at Special Olympics Calgary and was previously a Community Council member for Special Olympics Ontario.
William holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto in Statistics and Philosophy, where he represented the University of Toronto, provincially and nationally, in badminton as a student-athlete.
