Emily White is a Manager within StrategyCorp’s Management Consulting Practice. Prior to joining StrategyCorp, Emily worked as a Senior Consultant in KPMG’s Customer and Public Sector Management Consulting practices, where she specialized in experience design strategy and public sector program and service delivery transformation.
During her time at KPMG, Emily worked with private and public sector clients to define their strategic vision, determine the difference between their current and desired capabilities, and develop actionable initiatives to achieve their vision against agreed timelines. She worked with clients to align stakeholders around the need for change, and build organizational capacity to sustain change.
Emily is particularly passionate about evidence-based user experience design. At KPMG, she regularly led research activities to help clients better understand users, their journeys, key user issues, and high-impact improvement opportunities. She worked alongside clients to create solutions based on a comprehensive understanding of user needs, test and validate solutions with users and key stakeholders, and develop implementation, change readiness and communications plans.
Emily is proud to have led an internal initiative at KPMG focused on the advancement and retention of women and fostering an environment where women feel connected to one another and supported at work.
