Alicia is a Consultant in the Management Consulting practice.
Prior to joining StrategyCorp, she worked in the Ministry of Children and Youth Services on the Ontario Autism Program Project Team and assisted in the rollout of the new direct funding option. During her undergraduate career, she interned at the United States Department of Justice and at a campaign consulting firm. On campus, she served as the Executive Vice President and worked as a strategic planning research assistant in the Office of the President. She made policy recommendations on additional revenue streams that the college pursued.
As a graduate student at Georgetown University, Alicia participated in the PricewaterhouseCoopers Field Study in which a team of six graduate students consulted PwC’s Global Human Talent division on the role of career coaching in business. She also interned with the United Nations Development Programme in Amman, Jordan, conducting research on how the media, Islamic discourse, and women impact countering violent extremism efforts. She also identified the need for and managed the development of a database of community partner organizations to streamline UNDP’s grant processes.
Alicia holds a Master’s degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and has an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Calvin College.
