Connor Sharp is a Senior Consultant in StrategyCorp’s Management Consulting practice. In this role, Connor works directly with public and private sector leaders across a variety of industries to create and implement sound strategic and operational choices that build stakeholder value.
Connor has a broad range of expertise in corporate strategy and business planning – from origination to implementation. He has supported multiple clients through transformational business changes, including the introduction of new, innovative services, new market / channel entry, and M&A. Through this work, Connor has developed a keen understanding of the multiple paths and frameworks that support making effective strategic choices, as well as the critical role that stakeholder involvement and facilitation plays in planning.
As a functional strategist, Connor has worked with clients from many sectors, including municipalities, not-for profits, crown corporations, multinational CPG organizations, and a variety of stakeholders from the broader healthcare and life sciences ecosystem, among others.
Prior to joining StrategyCorp, Connor was a Senior Associate in PwC’s Deal Strategy & Value Creation practice. Connor studied Physics and Math at McGill University, where he also participated in a not-for-profit consulting practicum with McKinsey & Co.
