Sara Da Silva

Manager

Sara (she/her) is a manager in StrategyCorp’s Management Consulting practice. She has spent the majority of her career in the public sector, working mainly with healthcare organizations. Sara has always been passionate about health, but her desire to contribute to the improvement of the Canadian health system has deepened throughout her career.

Sara has focused her career on helping organizations solve strategic problems. She loves digging into a client’s environment to complete market and customer analyses, define capabilities, and identify pain points. From the c-suite to the front-line, stakeholder engagement is key. Sara easily develops relationships across all organizational levels to drive quality insights and help drive sustainable change.

Through workshop development and facilitation, she proficiently assists clients in defining long-term goals and capitalizing on strategic opportunities. To enable strategy execution, Sara also works to design new, or improve existing, management and governance processes. She has also executed numerous strategic planning and budgeting / business planning cycles to help clients drive meaningful progress towards their strategic objectives.

Sara graduated from the Smith School of Business Master of Business Administration program at Queen’s University and holds a Bachelor of Science (Spec. Honours) in Kinesiology & Health Science from York University. Her interest in health and wellness also extends to the workplace. She is passionate about fostering work environments that support people and celebrate the diversity of the human experience.
