Gulrukh Qidwai is a Consultant in StrategyCorp’s Management Consulting practice, based in Toronto. She is well-versed with the distinct set of public policy challenges prevalent in both developed and emerging economies and is passionate about solving complex policy issues. Her diverse portfolio of work experience spans across North America, Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
Prior to joining StrategyCorp, Gulrukh was a Management Consulting Business Analyst at Kearney. At Kearney, Gulrukh led strategic planning, organizational transformation, and policy design on different strategy projects. She worked with both private and public sector clients across a range of sectors including technology, media and telecommunications, retail, financial services, government and economic development, and the broader public sector. Gulrukh developed her expertise in government and economic development. Some of the most impactful projects she has worked on include the provision of national public policy support for engagement at a G20 summit and the World Economic Forum.
Gulrukh holds a Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree from the Max Bell School of Public Policy at McGill University. During her MPP program, she was also a Consultant for 60 Million Girls, a Montreal based public foundation dedicated to addressing gender disparity in education in developing countries, using cloud-based IT solutions. Additionally, Gulrukh holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Economics from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), one of the top ranked universities in Asia.
