Lise Jolicoeur

Lise, a proud francophone and excellent communicator, brings nearly 20 years of communications and reputation management experience in both the public and private sectors.

Prior to joining StrategyCorp Lise played a key role in managing a number of contentious reputational issues for CN Rail in their Montreal office. This included advising on the transition of senior leadership and a new CEO and an industry-wide reputation rebuild in the aftermath of the Lac- Mégantic tragedy. She has a strong background in stakeholder relations and media outreach but has spent a good deal of her private sector career helping companies build and maintain vital relationships with government partners, particularly in Ottawa, Ontario and Quebec.

In the public sector Lise served as Executive Director of Communications for the Premier of Ontario from 2013- 2014. In this role she provided senior counsel on communications, media and strategic positioning. Lise is a long-time Liberal Party activist having spent 14 years in professional political life. Her involvement in Liberal Party political circles includes senior communications roles on the successful 2011 and 2014 Ontario campaign and Federal and Ontario Leadership campaigns and leading communications during the Federal campaign in Manitoba.

Lise holds a degree in Social Science, (Political Science and Communications) from the Université d’Ottawa, with continuing education in media relations, social media and leadership training.
Lise is an active contributor to her community, serving as co-chair of the Ovarian Cancer Canada’s annual Walk of Hope following her own diagnosis and a volunteer with the Me to We Movement (Free the Children).
