Jaiman Chin
Vice President

Jaiman is a Vice President in StrategyCorp’s Management Consulting practice, where he serves a broad range of clients across industries with his work in strategy, operations, organizational effectiveness, and digital transformation.
He has completed a broad range of mandates over the course of his career, ranging from supporting some of Canada’s largest financial institutions in in designing and executing growth strategies, post-merger integrations, and technology and organizational transformations, to working with public institutions at all three levels of government on improving service delivery and citizen outcomes while reducing costs.
Jaiman joined StrategyCorp in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Manager in KPMG’s Strategy and Operations consulting practice in its Edmonton, Ottawa, and Toronto offices. Before joining KPMG, Jaiman was a manager in CN’s Network Optimization group, and an analyst with HSBC.
An active volunteer, Jaiman sits on the board of directors for the Tourette Syndrome Foundation of Canada, is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers, and has served on the boards of a non-profit startup dedicated to improving mental health for young professionals, the Forum for Young Albertans, and a number of political and community organizations. In 2022, he was named Top Forty under 40 by the Ottawa Board of Trade and Ottawa Business Journal.
Jaiman graduated with distinction from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance.
