Stacy Hushion is a Consultant in StrategyCorp’s public affairs practice. Stacy combines rigorous evidence-based analysis with political acuity and strategic thinking in her client engagements. With a strong background in research, policy development and stakeholder engagement, she has facilitated public and private sector projects in government relations, strategic planning and issues management.
Prior to joining StrategyCorp, she served as Chief of Staff to Toronto City Councillor Jaye Robinson. In addition to advising on local and citywide political issues, Stacy provided strategic support to the Councillor in her prior role as Chair of Public Works and Infrastructure. She played a pivotal role in steering key policy initiatives and challenges through the City Council process, including the Vision Zero Road Safety Plan, Ten Year Cycling Network Plan and Long Term Waste Management Strategy.
Stacy’s frontline municipal experience has been instrumental in supporting major infrastructure, public transit, development and other city-building projects at StrategyCorp. She brings both an in-depth knowledge of municipal processes and a strong understanding of how to engage and collaborate with diverse communities and stakeholders.
Stacy holds a PhD in History from the University of Toronto and formerly worked as an instructor at U of T and researcher at Lakehead University.
