Reema is a Senior Consultant in StrategyCorp’s Management Consulting Practice. Prior to joining StrategyCorp, Reema worked as a Senior Consultant in Ernst & Young’s Government and Public Sector, and Business Transformation Practice, where she specialized in operational improvement and organizational excellence, as well as service delivery transformation, policy and program design and evaluation, and customer experience improvement. During her time at EY, Reema worked with private, public, and quasi-public sector clients to define their strategic plan and mission, and conduct in-depth assessments of opportunities and challenges to develop feasible and implementable initiatives to transform their organizations, and achieve desired goals and objectives.
Through her academic, volunteer work, as well as experience working across a wide range of clients, Reema has developed a holistic and wraparound understanding of the policy process from development to implementation, with particular knowledge and attention paid to the impacts of policy decisions on vulnerable groups in Canada. She has a practical knowledge and expertise in stakeholder engagement and facilitation that she has refined through her leadership work in refugee resettlement, and service delivery and transformation for equitable social impact.
Reema holds a Masters degree from the Munk School of Public Policy and Global Affairs at the University of Toronto; and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Simon Fraser University, where she graduated with Distinction in the top 15 percent of her class.
