Chloe is an Associate and Master’s of Global Affairs graduate from the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy at the University of Toronto.
She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Arizona’s Bachelor of Arts in Law; a collaborative program between the James E. Rogers College of Law and the School of Government and Public Policy. In her third year, she spent a semester abroad in Florence, Italy. As a graduate student, Chloe interned at Rally Assets – an impact investment firm using capital as a tool for social and environmental progress, and as an Undergraduate, she interned at the International Rescue Committee, an NGO, assisting refugees with their citizenship process.
In her free time, Chloe enjoys snowboarding, reading, travelling, and socializing with friends.
