Matt Holland is an entrepreneur and veteran management consultant with over twenty-five years of consulting to medium and large organizations in Canada, the United States and Asia.

During his consulting career, Matt has consulted with medium and large businesses throughout North America with a focus on strategy and organization restructuring. From 1994-2004, Matt worked with The Boston Consulting Group where his consulting practice focused on consumer goods and services. He managed the Toronto office and contributed to the regional management of the North American business. Prior to BCG, Matt worked from 1984-1994 for The Canada Consulting Group, a regional boutique consulting firm with clients in industrial and consumer goods.

Matt has contributed to developing, launching and growing several businesses, including raising capital through private equity investors and angel investors. He is currently involved in an array of logistics services located in the northern Canadian port of Prince Rupert, British Columbia. This project has involved establishing a partnership with the local port authority to provide customs services and acquisition and growth of a local freight handing operation serving leading North American shippers. The business platform continues to expand at the Port of Prince Rupert, and is currently evaluating other West Coast ports for growth opportunities.

Matt has an MBA from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Arts from University of Toronto, St. Michael’s College.
