As Senior Advisor, Ken Engelhart brings StrategyCorp over 30 years of telecommunications and broadcasting experience and thought leadership in regulatory affairs, public policy and media.

Prior to joining StrategyCorp, Ken was responsible for the regulatory affairs of Rogers Wireless, Rogers Cable, Rogers Telecom and Rogers Media (including Rogers Broadcasting) for 25 years. Ken assumed leadership of the regulatory department in 1999 and most recently was its Senior Vice President.

While at Rogers Communications, Ken provided legal, regulatory and policy advice while representing the company before the Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) and other agencies. Ken has appeared before the CRTC in most of the major telecommunications and broadcasting proceedings of the past 25 years.

Prior to joining Rogers Communications, Ken was General Counsel and Director of Regulatory Affairs to the Canadian Business Telecommunications Alliance.

Ken is also an Adjunct Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, where he teaches Communications Law.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours (B.A.H) in Economics from the University of Western Ontario, and an LL.B. from the University of Toronto. Ken is a past Board Member and Chair of the Canadian Wireless Telecommunications Association.
